Working together is simple, relaxed, and supportive. Each week, a quick newsletter is sent out so you can easily see what your child has been learning and how things are going. Communication is easy and responsive—questions are always welcome. Most importantly, learning is kept fun and engaging, with lots of movement, hands-on activities, and a focus on helping kids actually enjoy what they’re learning.

This program is designed for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Activities and instruction are thoughtfully adjusted to meet each child where they are, so all learners feel supported, challenged, and successful.

A non-refundable $200 enrollment fee is required to secure your child’s spot in the program. This fee confirms placement and helps cover materials, planning, and administrative costs. Enrollment is not considered complete until the fee has been received.

No, OHA does not maintain any official attendance or grade records. Parents are responsible for maintaining all records in order to be in compliance with Missouri homeschool law.
For the enrichment, I will provide a weekly newsletter and grade some assessments from time to time; however, it is the parent's responsibility to oversee their child's education, track their progress, and abide by the expectations outlined in MO homeschool law.

No. All curriculum and instructional materials are provided for your child and are included in the enrollment fee.

The program hours are 10am-3pm Monday-Thursday. Students are expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly at dismissal.

No. This is a drop-off program, and parents are not required to stay. Students will be fully supported during program hours, and parents can enjoy their time off.

Oak Haven Academy is committed to creating a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment for all students. If a student demonstrates ongoing behavior that disrupts the learning environment or compromises the safety or well-being of others, OHA reserves the right to dismiss the student from the program. Every effort will be made to communicate with families and support the child before this decision is made.

After submitting your application, you will receive a follow-up email with your child’s enrollment status. If accepted, the email will include next steps to secure your child’s spot. If the program is full, your child will be placed on a waitlist and you will be notified if a spot becomes available.
